Can you let go and let God?

Daily I used to ask God how can I sort my problems out. Where are the answers? Now I have flipped my question to Heavenly Father to say, “can you please sort my problems out”. Amidst complexities & challenges, Jesus says,

Do not worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ, Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 NLT

God knows what we have on our plates, and I am learning to get better at giving my plateful to Him. I also have to get better at taking things off my plate and not keep piling things on. Each day, I give everyone and everything to God, my family’s needs, my book, my relationships, my work. There are endless conversations and endless amounts of red tape that makes it hard to move forward even an inch. The complexities in my life revolve around navigating the complex needs of a son with special needs in his life, which is why I have written Hope Wins to encourage anyone who feels stuck in a seemingly hopeless situation. Michael W Smith in his song ‘fight my battles’ ,

 The word says
 "For the spirit of heaviness
 Put on the garment of praise".
