The weather over the Easter holidays has been stunning, particularly where we were holidaying at Jervis Bay in NSW. I took time out to swim in the most pristine of waters, walk white sandy beaches and enjoy the cafes with a friend who came down to spend a couple of nights. Ian and I love swimming, so we did a lot of that too. It was not without life’s challenges, which definitely has taken me another journey of trust and hope in my Heavenly Father. Yet, amidst it all, we were refreshed, sorry I am leaving you hanging, but I cannot share more for now!
One morning I met via zoom with my publisher, who has officially started work on Hope Wins. If you would like to know more about Torn Curtain Publishing, check out what Anya has to say. It was encouraging to talk through the Hope Wins manuscript with her as she is working with the Torn Curtain team to enable me to connect with my reader’s hearts. I am so looking forward to seeing how Hope Wins comes to completion.

I also have my testimony as a contributing author in Heather Harts latest book Faith Talk – Christian Women and the Gospel. Here’s a bio if you are interested.

Whether you are head-over-heels in love with Jesus but struggle to put your faith into words or aren’t quite sure about this whole Jesus thing, Faith Talk lets you know that you aren’t alone. But it doesn’t stop there, it’s designed to bring real Christian women alongside readers to help them see the gospel at work in their lives – whether that’s for the first time or the ten-thousandth time.

The book is available for pre-order on Amazon and is on track to be launched on August 23rd.

That’s all for now; I will check in again with you all soon!

Blessings, Leisa
